Life Force

Life Force Project has changed my life. Traveling and working with LFP have introduced me to new ways of seeing and experiencing a wide variety of wellness programs. I now meditate and practice yoga regularly. I have also been introduced to really cool people from all walks of life. Life Force Project is a great organization ran from the heart by amazing people who make you feel like family. My first Life Force Retreat was incredible. I didn’t expect to take away so much from the yoga and meditation, but I still incorporate lessons I learned in my daily practice. We spent one week in the highlands of Colombia and it was a total dream- amazing adventures, beautiful views, incredible food and company. All in all a life changing experience.

Life Force is a travel experience unlike anything else. I went on a trip to Peru with Life Force and it was one of, if not the best trips I have ever taken. David has curated experiences all over the globe that allow travelers the opportunity to truly see/feel/taste/hear the culture of that distinct area. The kind of activities we participated in and people we met would not have been possible as a random tourist or by way of a regular tour guide.
