I had the best experience with the midwife team here! When my previous birth center shut down in my 3rd trimester, it was extremely stressful, however CB&W made the transfer seamless and made us feel so welcome. My prenatal care was always great, and my birth was wonderful! My midwives were so incredible and supportive throughout my entire birth and we really felt so comfortable, safe, and at home. I am so grateful for the whole team here!

I wish that there were more stars to give! Colorado Birth and Wellness(CBW) was absolutely amazing. This was my first child so I was not sure what to expect. But I knew that I wanted little intervention and as natural as possible but I was scared of doing a home birth. CBW gave me everything I was looking for and more!
The midwives are the most caring and attentive people you might ever meet. They listened to what I wanted, asked a lot of questions to help understand my needs and what my body was doing and gave really good insight and knowledge into next steps. I felt genuinely loved and cared for, which made my first pregnancy less scary and I felt more calm. Pregnancy is a hard and amazing life event that CBW made feel even more special. During labor the midwives were very knowledgeable on different positions to try and were constantly encouraging me during my 16 hours of labor. Their words of affirmation and steady presence helped me have the natural birth I wanted.
The CBW facility is also fantastic. They have all the toys and gadgets for use during labor.
Postpartum, they were just as amazing in supporting me and my new baby. Most of the midwives are moms and were able to relate and sympathize with the crazy ups and downs after birth. They were an excellent resource for any questions I had and gave a lot of great advice.
All in all I have only positive things to say about CBW and am so grateful that a facility and people like it exists! I never once felt pressured to do something I did not want to do. They are very respectful of the individual choice and always explained all options thoroughly.

During my pregnancy with my first child, I started my care at an OBGYN where I felt that my care was rushed and impersonal. I'm so glad I switched my care to CB&W, as the midwives and nurses treated me like family and empowered me to make decisions that felt true for my pregnancy, my baby, and my family. The education and encouragement that was provided throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey at CB&W is unmatched to any other provider I have seen. It allowed me to birth both of my beautiful baby girls naturally and enter motherhood feeling nurtured and supported. I'm forever grateful to CB&W staff for two positive birth experiences!

Hygge was an amazing place for prenatal care, education, and delivery of our first child. The total care experience in a natural and highly educated environment was a dream come true. Sincerely recommended if looking into a natural, stand-alone birthing center.
