(January 4, 2019, 5:06 pm)My wife, Kathleen Hinton, was at your Monaco facility from Dec. 12-21. I wanted to let you know what an outstanding job your nurse, Carlos Munoz, did while she was there. Although all your employees did a great job, Carlos was special in his care and concern and the way he took care of my wife. You have a very valuable employee in Carlos.

(July 2, 2018, 1:29 pm)I was a patient for a couple of months. The nurses, CNAS, therapists and the other staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. Although i was eager to go home. In a few short weeks after discharge it surprised me to realize i missed Manor Care. Of course. I would rather not be in any care facility. But, God forbid, I would need to be in a rehab care facility again I would be back to Manor Care House. Great people and community. I still have fond memories of many of the people of Denver Manor Care House. They made me feel like family and more importantly I was treated like family and as a patient what more could one ask for? KUDOS. Manor care!

(January 9, 2018, 10:11 am)My Mom lived there for over a year and a half. Nursing staff are extremely adept and skillful. Nursing as well as all other general staff (house keeping to the front office) are empathetic and compassionate. They care about what they do and my wife and I saw that all the time. The Doctor Medical team are exceptional. You don't realize this until your healthy parent is no longer healthy. Life often gives you back what you put in, and we were very involved with my Mom's care. My Mom lived a much better, fuller, and more rounded life here at Manor Care. My only complaint would be with the business office. Dealt with several folks in that 18 months and they never really had their act together.
