Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic

I have had this Pakistan made rug for many years and have been wanting to have it washed.I went online and found Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic, sent an email and received an immediate quote to have the rug washed. Hamza came out to look at the rug; told me it was a fine wool rug, hand knotted 300 knots per inch, and made in Pakistan. I had some fringe damages as well as some of the edges were worn. Hamza also informed me he could repair the fringes, and bind/repair the edges that were starting to fray as well clean the rug. It would take about a month. I just received my rug back today and it is gorgeous! Hamza did a spectacular job in the repairs (you can't tell where I was missing the fringes, and the edges look great) and my rug looks wonderful now, so nice and clean! I couldn't have asked for a better company to wash and repair my wool rug. I am so thrilled with their service which also includes picking up the rug to be cleaned and delivering the rug when the cleaning process is done, when you call to inquire on the status, you get an immediate response or they call you back right away, they are always pleasant and courteous in person and over the phone. I highly recommend Hamza, his brother, their company and the service they provide.

Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. He is very professional and kind. My carpet looks amazing and smells fresh and clean. He doesn't leave the carpet soaking wet ... dried in a few hours. Will definitely be using him again!

Oriental Rug and carpet repaired and cleaned two rugs for us. A very expensive and beautiful rug that had developed a hole and issues along the borders. I am so pleased with this local family business. Excellent service and my rugs are beautiful. I had 7 oriental rugs cleaned. All older and hand knotted-most were 6x9, 8x10/11or larger. All team members are very friendly, they are responsive, their intake process is incredibly easy and they picked up and delivered our rug in a timely manner.
