  I met Dr. Taylor Ferguson during one of my races last year. I am a avid long distance runner and at the time, I was experiencing discomfort in my legs, hips, and feet. At the time, I had very little knowledge about running, since I only been running for two years and I never ran a marathon before I met her. However, by visiting Taylor, has helped me gain the confidence, strength, and most all the passion to become a better runner. This past year, I have ran 1700 miles, six full marathons, 11 half marathons, and over 30 races. Dr. Taylor is a young pretty lady but do not let that fool you because she has abundance of knowledge in health and fitness world. In addition, her passion to help myself and other athletes is astonishing. I have been visitng her for almost a year and from each appointment, I definitely see the evidence of improvement in my running mechanics, exercising, and education in health and fitness. Dr. Taylor wears multiple hats from chiropractic, teaching, run coordinate, marathon runner, and many other hats. I highly recommend her, she will change your life!

  Taylor is the best! She is warm and friendly and incredibly good at what she does! When I first started seeing her I was suffering from debilitating foot pain that I thought was plantar fasciitis for months that stopped me from running, doing yoga, even going for walks. She figured out what was really the issue, used several different therapeutic methods, and gave me exercises to do to help heal/prevent future injury. After only a handful of appointments, I am 99% pain free. I highly recommend Function First and Taylor!

  Dr. Taylor is providing effective treatment that is giving me relief from a chronic hip issue that I have lived with for several years. I have tried two other chiropractors and a massage therapist in the past that did not improve my condition. I am now on a schedule of treatment with Dr. Taylor where I am experiencing noticeable improvement in my mobility and pain relief. It is wonderful to be able to sleep through the night and begin to exercise regularly without limitations.

  Dr. Taylor has wonderful experience and knowledge in her field that filters in positive ways to her clients. She responds quickly and communicates well to her clients. I'd recommend her to others.

  Dr. Taylor is an amazing Chiropractor! Her experience in working with athletes and active people is extensive. And her passion for people to live an active, pain free life is at the core of every interaction. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
