Found a great, cute bike at a reasonable price and am happy this place supports the community too! The people in the store were helpful and never pushy or impatient. They let me ride 3 different bikes around multiple times so I could be confident in my choice. I've had my bike for nearly 60 days and it's working great even up all the hills throughout Northwest Denver.

    Lovely little neighborhood bike shop.

Stopped by to ask about maybe a replacement rear-wheel and it turns out they can adjust the spokes and fix the wheel.

A helpful kid (who looked just like Ralph Macchio from Karate Kid) repaired the mis-shaped wheel in about 10 minutes and charged me $10.

    Pleasant and quick experience.

There were several other customers around and everyone was being helped promptly and politely - I was asked three times if I was being helped while my wheel was being repaired.

    Would certainly return.

I was blown away by how awesome this bike shop was. Incredibly friendly staff, great services, and the staff was super knowledgeable. I went in to buy two new tires, and instead of selling me two tires I didn’t need, the guy fixed the ones I had to perfect condition, which took less than 5 minutes, and he didn’t charge me for it. I couldn’t believe that I wasn’t taken advantage of, but instead helped out and taught new things about my bike. Also, while I was there, a mom with her kid came in to pick up a bike they wanted tuned up and repaired and I overheard their conversation. The shop decided not to work on the bike, but instead called them to let them know that the tune up and repair would cost more than the bike was worth. And instead offered to sell them a similar bike for way less than the repair costs. I didn’t realize there were still businesses that actually cared about their customers anymore, and weren’t trying to charge them for every little thing. I will never go anywhere else. I absolutely love this place.

I would highly highly recommend Lucky bikes. Brandon was awesome to work with, and a huge help. I had a flat tire, and they were so wonderful to work with. Thanks for all the help!!

I have a GIANT bike that had a slightly damaged front wheel. The rim was bent and also cracked. I did not want to spend a lot of money for a 8 year old bike. I went to other bike shops and then went to Lucky Bikes Re-Cyclery and boy was I glad that I did check out Lucky Bikes. I initially discussed my issue with Brandon and 2 days later showed up with my bent front bike tire rim. Brandon was able locate the same color and virtually the same rim for very little money. And Brandon recognized that my previous bike tube for the front time would not work with the existing tube and valve. Brandon saved me from making an additional run to his shop. I not only purchased the rim but also a new bike tube with a valve the would work with the newly purchased rim.

So I am not an expert on bike repairs I have learned quite a bit on google and youtube. I had everything done except I could not get the existing tire over the new rim even though the new rim was the same size. I took my nearly completed build bike wheel to Lucky Bikes - ran into Brandon and he began working on getting my existing bike tire on to my new rim - and Eric stepped in and he had my bike tire on the new rim in less than 5 minutes.

Excellent service / excellent support. Totally recommend Lucky Bikes for all you repair needs.
