Loretto Heights

  Lived at Loretto Heights for 4 months. The apartment itself was beautiful. There was plenty of space, loved the in-unit laundry, large bedroom, mountain views, and high ceilings.
  
  The staff was always nice and courteous. They were also very helpful when I had to break the lease.
  
  The complex is right down the street from Wadsworth, which is a street with a lot of stores and restaurants.
  There are some major hang-ups to consider. There are many fees that add an extra $120 to your bill every month. This was something that wasn't explained until after we signed the lease and moved in. The complex tended to be quite loud, especially in the evening with a van selling snow-cones out of their trunk (it was fun for the kids i guess) honking a bike horn for an hour, and their package delivery system is a little sketchy as a birthday gift for me was stolen out the "secure" delivery room.
  
  Also, this place is not centrally located and commute times will likely be long, especially if you are going into Denver proper.

  I just moved in so I'll update as needed but moving in here has been such a dream! Dora, Carolina and Valinda made it such a personalized experience for me and were super welcoming and helpful. They made me feel right at home as soon as I stepped into the office.
  I was moving out of state so I did almost everything online which was very easy. Signed all the docs, made all the payments so on day 1 all I had to do was move in! My place has new carpet and just looks amazing. It's my first fire place! And my own washer and dryer 😍
  There's tons to do in this area, we've been hitting all of the restaurants and haven't found one we didn't love! Target and Walmart aren't far either which is nice. I feel so lucky to live here. All of the residents I've run into have been friendly and super chill. The pools are nice, the gym has outstanding state of the art equipment, the clubhouse has some super comfy places to hang out. I'm so happy to have found this place!!

  This is my second year living at the Loretto's and its been a good experience! Like the new management, they are always there when you have any questions or concerns. Love the big space in the apartments and with full size washer/Dryer. I really recommend it.

  I have been living here now for almost a year now and have had a great experience! The staff (Dora, Carolina, and Melinda) are all very helpful, prompt with any questions and emails, in addition to lovely ladies! Maintenance is great and prompt, and parking pass is great ( I don't have trouble finding a spot). I have a dog and the onsite dog wash/ park has been so handy and wonderful to use so readily. The weight room is equipped with top of the line machines, squat rack, medicine balls, and free weights. I love having 24hour access! The package room is easy/safe, I get notifications through my email whenever one is dropped off and the valet trash is clutch. I would highly recommend this place!

  I've lived here over 2 years with pretty much 0 trouble with the residence staff. I've had neighbor trouble that was IMMEDIATELY terminated when reported. They do their best to keep the place tidy and care to your needs. If you aren't wanting a house or can't afford it, this is about the only place with affordable prices with above average size and quality.
