Best Methadone Clinic ever! Very Good Dr.'s. This clinic helped me get clean again.

Everyone is always so caring and so understanding. They also make sure that they match you up with the correct medication and the correct dose of medication with numerous questions which is great because I've had bad experiences other places not matching me up with the correct dose and not verifying that it was me and giving me a much higher dose than I was prescribed. But I do not have to worry about that here, because they double check and triple check the verification and make sure it's you before they give you anything so I feel super safe. But there is not one bad thing I can say about everyone at the crossroads. My counselors, the secretary, The Clinical Director, everyone is amazing. I feel comfortable in there I feel comfortable talking to anyone of them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone trying to get their life straightened out

I have been a patient with Crossroads for just over 2 years now. I was at two other clinics before finding my home at crossroads. Everyone here is awesome! Everyone knows your name. You feel like they are here for you if you need them. I’ve never had such a great experience with any doctors office or clinic! I would recommend to anyone! Over the years I have had a few different counselors and they were all great. The counseling director Kim is awesome and empathetic. Before she was promoted to director, she was my counselor. She is just an great lady. Alecia the pharmacy director is just the best! She has been here since before I was a patient here. She is dedicated to her job and it shows! She knows each and every one of us.I drive past two other clinics to come here. I will dive 45 minutes if needed to come here.

I've been there just under two years and have been through four different counselors several different doctors and nurses. (((Props to nurse Alicia))) she's the only original team member there since I started and is very helpful as far as explaining situations in a way people can understand it.. everybody there now seems to be on board with wanting to help people in a sincere way crossroads services and staff are deeply appreciated..
