  Nice staff, great price, cool rooms and lobby. First time at Tru and will look for them in the future.

  Customer service was fantastic! Martel was very friendly and provided great hospitality upon my arrival. I booked my room at the last minute for a layover and I was welcomed with great support from him, and he provided complimentary snacks which was really nice. I was able to catch a 10-minute shuttle from the airport and my driver was also very friendly. The overall cleanliness was great! I would definitely stay here again!

  Modern, minimal, and clean. Lovely newer hotel with a modern design. Beds where comfortable. Only complaint was that there where a number of things broke in out room.
  
  The fridge was only partially cooling, and partially freezing things. There was a lamp with metal poles that where coming off of the wall. The shower door was not dealing correctly, so when we took a shower the bathroom would flood, and lastly the TV was off center, which is a minor cokplaint, but it was a bit annoying.
  
  All and all very minor complaints, this hotel is very nice. Way nicer than the one we stayed at for the second half of our trip.

  My son and grandson missed their connecting flight for home. It was super late and all the hotels I called were booked, or the people at their desks were not interested in even checking it felt. That was until I called this hotel. Ashley answered and was just as nice as could be. She said she wasn't sure but she would check. She said they had a room! Not only that but offered to call my son herself and send him a shuttle to pick him and my grandson up. She had them picked up right away, it was now about 1:30am, asked when their flight was, when she heard it wasn't until that evening offered them late check out, which was such a blessing to hear for a single dad travelling with an 8yr old. As soon as they got to their room my son was so impressed with the room he sent me a video and even posted it to social media. He said it had been such a stressful day but staying at this place made it all go away. The layout is very homey and thoughtful. They even had a kitchen! It was Super clean and they slept like a dream! Pastries were available in the morning and complimentary shuttle service back to the airport. I will never be able to express my gratitude enough for Ashley. She obviously is someone who takes pride in her job and is a GREAT reflection of the company she works for.
