  Hanshi Justin and his team are highly knowledgeable, respectful professionals who take pride in teaching their students proper technique. They consistently demonstrate their attention to detail and challenge each student, in their own training, to teach others. They teach you what each move in a kata means and how precisely it can be applied with the most minimal amount of strength.
  My son and I have only begun our Shotokan journey and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to train with. If you’re on the fence as to wether or not you should take this class, do it! You won’t regret it and you may just become a part of a family you didn’t know you needed.
