Couples yoga therapy is amazing! Kat is really good at helping you reconnect as a couple. She gave us a really awesome workbook to use, had us try some interesting poses that made us feel safe and silly with each other, and really gave us the opportunity to find answers within ourselves together. Having been practicing yoga on my own for the last few years for the benefit the stretching along with the meditation I thought I would take a Yoga Therapy class with Kat to see how it could help. She is extremely easy to work with even with the yoga experience I have she was able to help realize that pusing to my extreme limits isn't always the best in yoga and in life. But to learn to listen to the body and mind for the times it is necessary to push beyond your limits

Kat is all around an amazing person. I have taken several yoga classes with her and really enjoy the ones outside. As a beginner in yoga, she makes me feel comfortable and shows me modified versions of poses if there is something I am not able to do yet. She does this with every person, so her classes are perfect for all levels. There is a calmness about her and she is so sincere in wanting to help people. I highly recommend any class or session with Kat!

Kat is an incredible yoga instructor. She really listens to what your needs and structures classes around those needs.
