  Justin is very knowledgeable about guitars and was easily able to help me with my guitar. He listened carefully and didn’t blow off any concerns I had. The problem was not actually a problem, but something I just didn’t understand. He assured me the mistake is easy to make. When my guitar needs actual work, as it will eventually need due to time and use at some point, I’m taking it to Justin.

  Justin was quick to reply to email inquiries and patient when my strings didn't come in the expected time frame. Once my guitars were delivered Justin made sure to update me on extended repair time but the short wait was worth it. When returned my acoustic guitar and 5string bass absolutely sung! Great service at a great value, Hackl is your one stop shop for setups and repairs.

  Justin did an amazing job with my super old guitar! He was very open and had great communication with me. I know very little about guitars but he helped to understand all the steps and the work. The price was great!

  Phenomenal job Justin does. Super easy to get a hold of. His workspace is awesome and you can tell he truly enjoys and cares about his work. I'll always bring my guitars here for set ups, repairs and whatever else they might need!

  Extremely personable and accommodating. Did some work on my acoustic. Plays and sounds better than ever! Gonna take him my other one soon. Great prices and quick turnaround.
