(November 14, 2018, 4:40 pm)Molly came out to the house to give us suggestions and show samples of window treatments. She was very personable and helpful. Gave us a lot of good input. She was very quick to respond with a quote and when I had questions about changes. The order was ready quickly and though there was a slight mix-up in the scheduling, but when Thomas came to do the install (with his assistant Roy) it went very smoothly. They were careful with our floors and furniture, and with putting up the new blinds. the next day we found one bracket that wasn't fully installed, but was easy for us to fix. Overall, an excellent experience.

(March 9, 2018, 12:58 pm)Molly came to quote and was a pleasure to work with, right on time and gave a fair price. We went with shutters, a huge investment. The installer was a struggle... unresponsive, didn't answer his phone or call back when we left voicemails, then cancelled on us the morning of the day that he was supposed to come and was slow to respond to give us a new time. But once they were in, they looked and felt like great, high quality shutters.

I had an issue a couple months after install, and had a disagreement with the owner, Kenny Mac, regarding customer service and the appropriate course of action. In the end, he resolved this issue expeditiously and had excellent follow-up skills. I recommend Creative Interiors.
