Before working with Elise, I was having trouble balancing real life with work and school life. I was looking for help with time management and figuring out how to balance work with self-care and my personal life. Through my 3-month transformation program with Elise, I feel like I've become more relaxed in "trusting the process" and letting go of some work/life-related anxiety that was making me feel like I was caught in a whirlwind before. I've learned that there is time for personal life too and that it doesn't have to be all work and no play. It almost seems like the same amount gets done whether I take time to "play" or not. Perhaps this is because Elise helped me with my time management skills, allowing me to have a bit more free time by making better use of my productive time. However, I think most of this growth actually has to do with how Elise helped me to shift my belief patterns - I thought I didn't have enough time for everything before, but really I think I was stirring up anxiety about to-do's, thus altering my own reality of how much time I had to devote to work/school tasks. Elise's method of coaching actually helped me dig up some of these subconscious beliefs and change them.
One of the things I loved about working with Elise is that she is incredibly patient and nurturing, yet also very organized and disciplined about holding me accountable (in a loving way) to my weekly goals / action steps. Also, she provides an arsenal of user-friendly "tools" for helping to get goals out of my head, onto paper, and into manageable action steps.
