I’ve been going to Livwell off Tower Road for a few months and it’s quickly become my favorite dispensary. I came in recently to buy a cartridge and Selena offered multiple strains from multiple brands while also explaining promotions relevant to what I was buying. Super friendly customer service without pressuring you to buy anything else. I definitely recommend this location

I was in a small rush but did not want to mention anything to pressure the employees. I was allowed in for my online order within 2 minutes of arriving. Daniel had my order ready as soon as I walked in and was very very friendly. The service is a big reason I prefer to drive here than elsewhere. Came in from out of town, looking for education on products offered. JC took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the benefits and uses of the products they offer. He also took the time to walk us through the entire process from growth to sales in their store. He offered additional resources to continue our education. He was a great ambassador for their products.

Chanise and Morgan are both amazing. Every time I've come in, they've been super polite and helpful, but not overbearing. Morgan even remembered by preferred name, and gave me a compliment at the same time! Absolute sweethearts, all of you! Definitely shopping here for a while.
