The woman working there has always seemed helpful and friendly.
I have had shirts cleaned and pressed, and suits. Everything has been done professionally and quickly (and for a very fair price).
I believe the bad reviews, but I haven't experienced anything bad and judging from the volume she seems to be doing, there are plenty of others that rely on Snowflake too.
