I'm a Lead technician at another Local shop, and I had a ford i was dealing with and had some trouble with diagnosing a running issue. I started calling around to a few shops, and most people were not very helpful or even willing to hear me out. I gave Nick a call, and he spoke with me for nearly 20 minutes digging through computers to see if he could point me in some other direction.
