    Jeff and preferred equipment always go above and beyond with the purchase of pallet racking. We have used Preferred Equipment on many projects, and they always show up on time, and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend Preferred equipment for fair price and super helpful customer service.

    Jeff is a rockstar and went far beyond our expectations to help us get our racks bought and delivered in a tight timeframe. On top of that, when the forklift delivery to our new warehouse was delayed, he drove the one we had to rent around the corner in very cold weather and unloaded two truckloads of racks! Can't say enough good things about Jeff...

    Jeff was great! He came out to the warehouse right away to give us a quote and as soon as we were ready to pull the trigger we scheduled a date for installation. Our warehouse is 1,200 square feet and it took them less than an hour to fully install our racks. 10/10 I would recommend Preferred Equipment to anyone looking for warehouse racks!
