The staff in the south office (Huron St.) are super nice and helpful. When you are forced to do something by the courts/DMV, its nice when you go into a place and they don't treat you badly; because you've made a poor decision. I highly recommend this place if you have to do the courses.
I loved this place even tho I was forced to go that are really good people here Nick is the greatest I love to hear his old stories
This place drives me to drink. Perfect 5/7. Plus there's coffee and oreos. Let's be honest, that's why I'm here.
I recommend this place for anyone seeking treatment or snacks.
The staff is great at what they do. Denise is a amazing counselor during my dui situation if I had any questions she knew how to answered them and give you even more information without having to ask. The thing I loved most about Denise being my counselor she made me think about everything that lead up to my DUI, how to prevent from getting another one but most of all how to not let this situation break you because we all make mistakes. Thank you for helping me get through this and keeping me focus on the right path of staying sober.
The front desk is very friendly. Leslie, is very passionate about her work and is always quick with offering help in anyway she can. The counselors there are great with one exception, Denese. Denese is a bit racist when it comes to her views, and pushes her Native American agenda in every class I’ve had with her. Her antics shouldn’t detour you, however. The rest of the staff is experienced and really care about the well being of their clients. For example Nick P., one of the counselors, brings in his own lesson plans that he teaches alongside with the classes’ book and criteria. Nick would even stay after class to discuss any matters that I was experiencing, early in my recovery. Free coffee! Free Oreos! Free fruit! Free pretzels! With my treatment coming to an end after a year of attending weekly, I recognize this facility as one that truly cares and will go the extra mile for their clients! Thank you!
