Wild Rose Boutique & Postal Center - Castle Pines

I am so glad the people in Castle Pines have this location as an option for for USPS services. The staff here are so friendly and efficient. Even when there are lines (around the holidays), the lines move quickly. Given the choice, I would pick this location over the Lone Tree P.O. every time. The times I have stopped at the Lone Tree location, I am made to feel like I’m a nuisance or an idiot. I appreciate the customer service and care provided by the Castle Pines postal staff. I highly recommend them!

Convenient and the lines are never long, as opposed to other USPS offices. I had some trouble recently, but the owner reached out personally to help me, which I greatly appreciated. I can tell she cares about her customers a lot.

Everyone who currently works there is very pleasant, and sometimes offers to go above and beyond the call of duty. When the post office was over by King Soopers, there was one employee who was outrageously rude at all times. Since she is gone, this place is wonderful. I have never had a shipment go astray that I have left here (not now, not at the old location). I do wish they had a drop-off slot of some sort for the hours they are not open. I take a lot of stuff to Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock because those post offices have the outside blue boxes. I wish the Castle Pines one could either do that or have a slot in the window open when they are closed.

If you need to ship anything, go to this location. I trust them with my life. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you. Makes the process easy as can be. Thanks so much you guys!

I frequently ship packages and have found this USPS location to be a very convenient option both in location and hours. I’ve never had to wait in a line longer than one customer. The staff are friendly and helpful, and will always advise on the lowest cost options, much better than a normal post office. I also like that they have both the free USPS priority ship boxes but also gift package and other mailing materials for purchase. Their store has some good last minute gift options and greeting cards as well. I ship all my gifts from this store.
