  Patrick and the Bird Dog crew are the BEST!!!! I was so nervous starting CrossFit but I should not have been. Patrick is an incredible coach and I am now a CrossFit addict!

  Walking into a CrossFit gym for the first time can feel quite intimidating, but I am thrilled to say that I made the leap! At this stage of my life, in my 40s, I have finally discovered a fitness program that resonates with me on a profound level. The owner, Patrick, has established a warm and inclusive environment that exudes a sense of camaraderie and support, making it feel like one big, welcoming family. His unwavering dedication and infectious enthusiasm have had an immeasurable impact on me. Without a doubt, my experience at Bird Dog CrossFit has been nothing short of transformative, fundamentally reshaping my life and instilling in me the utmost importance of prioritizing my health.

  Best gym I’ve been a part of. I moved to Castle Rock in February. I wasn’t new to fitness, but I had never done CrossFit before. After meeting with Patrick I new this place was special. The coaching and community really set it apart. No matter what your skills and abilities are you have a place here. Everyone has been supportive and takes a genuine interest in your success and wellbeing in and out of the gym. All you need to bring is effort and the top-notch staff will take care of the rest. Whether is scaling options for movements you are working towards or looking to hit personal records, the coaches have you covered. In my time here I have picked up new skills and am capable of more workouts each week. Bottom line - great coaches, great people, great workouts.

  Today was my 5th workout at CrossFit Beaver Menace and I'm hooked! I was always intimidated by CrossFit, but the coaches here really help you understand the skill and how to do it correctly. They will also give you modifications and different levels of a skill so you can work at your own pace. The members of the gym are so encouraging. There's a team vibe, instead of just one person attending a fitness class.
  
  I am not a morning person. I have never been a morning person, but I seem to look forward to getting up early to attend the 5:30 am class. I feel accomplished and it makes the rest of my day easier because my work out is already done. If 5:30 am is not your jam, they have plenty of other class times.

  I have only been there for three months, but this place makes me want to keep showing up! Coaches are extremely knowledgeable, always in a good mood and dynamic and give great personal support event during group classes. I had never done CrossFit before, and this is a great place if you're a beginner, the team and other members will make you feel welcome right away. Would highly recommend, beginner or experienced!
