My 5 year old MacBook was no longer turning on. Apple wasn’t helpful because my warranty had expired. Computer Solutions was able to fix my MacBook for less than they originally said, in less time than I was expecting (during a Holiday week no less), and without losing any of my files! These guys are true miracle workers! I am so grateful!!

Initially dealt with Computer Solutions when I had something minor with my previous desktop so I took it in and they were able to fix it in minutes and weren't going to charge me. I insisted...I wanted to pay them something!

So when I was looking for a new computer I wondered if they did that and son of a gun they do. They ordered a computer and upgraded it a bit to my specifications and I absolutely love it. No pre-installed software of any kind and a great price! Don't just think about them for something to be repaired, check them out for something new as well.

Outstanding Customer Service and Repairs.

I have used Computer Solutions on multiple occasions and have always received excellent service. This time, my wife’s Lenovo ThinkPad had gone dark and would not power on, despite being fully charged.

We took the laptop in and while we waited, the tech did a quick check on the power port, on/off button, and power cord. When it was clear that there was a deeper issue, he gave me a very reasonable “not to exceed” price quote and I left the laptop at the shop.

A few days later, I received a text message notifying me that they believed the problem was with the motherboard. More importantly, they had contacted Lenovo and determined that the laptop was still under warranty and that Lenovo would replace the motherboard. The tech kept me apprised of the progress over the next few weeks as the laptop was shipped to Lenovo, a new motherboard was installed and then shipped back to Computer Solutions. Prior to shipping it, the tech had removed the memory card. When the laptop was returned, he reinstalled the memory card.

When we picked up the laptop yesterday, we paid a very small fee for the work that was done, and we were delighted with the results. After the reboot, the screen came up and the desktop showed the work my wife had in progress at the very moment the laptop had stopped working.

Computer Solutions has very talented and good people like Jared and an intern, James. They are honest, diligent, and committed to solving any issue you might have with your computer. Anytime I have a technical problem, I will call upon them and I highly recommend them for any laptop/computer issues you might encounter.
