Great customer service and just wow! I used to always take my Camry here and my parents always bring their vehicles here. I now have a Mazda but was going to be in the Denver area one day so I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation up there. Let’s just say I had a really bad experience at a Lakewood Firestone. That location did an oil change, tire rotation, and an “inspection” on my Mazda. BUT they did not check my brakes and said they did on my receipt and even wrote down “no brake symptoms.” I started hearing crunching/scraping noises after I got in my car at that location and then they refused to check them again. So, I was able to get an appointment in with the Castle Rock Firestone and they were more than happy to check everything for no charge and they got my car in the garage so quickly. One of the mechanics even took me to the garage and showed me the problem. It was the brakes of course... He walked me through what may have happened and explained what they were going to do to fix it. He even brought out the rear brake pads to show me them and the one on the passenger side was terrible... I cannot believe the Lakewood location did not see this! Anyways, they ended up replacing the rear brake pads and rotors for such a great price! I will make sure to just stick with this location for now on because they have the best staff and are understanding but they also involve you a little bit with the process. Thank you everyone!
honest guys. come here a lot and although i do a lot of the car work myself they recommend things that are right on point with keeping a car updated. i drive over 40,000 miles a year and maintenance is important, listening to places like this will save you money in the long run.
