  All three of our children train here and love it. Our 12 year old son caught on as expected and competes once or even twice a month in tournaments and constantly places in the top 3 per weight/age. Our 7 year old son has improved so much this year in mobility, confidence and independence due to his training. Our 6 year old daughter is also doing good for her size. The professor and coaches are great with the children. There’s always a handful of coaches on the mat during classes to keep the children as safe as possible. The gym always has a coach at the tournaments for the kids even if it’s one or two kids registered. There are so many role models in this gym for the children and teenagers.

  They so far have helped me ease into jiujitsu amazingly. I went there with my buddy from out of town who is a blue belt at another gym. He had nothing but nice things to say as well. If you’re interested, definitely talk with them as they are super helpful and overall good people, who know what they are talking about.

  My son and I train here, it's great bonding time! The instructors are the best, they go slowly and teach, they let students ask questions and show them individual attention if they need it.
  
  Rolling is great with the advanced students they also take the time to teach the lower belts and help you learn as opposed to just making you tap. I love training here!!

  Our son has been training jiujitsu since he was 5 years old in Alpine, California. We recently moved to Castle Rock, Colorado where he joined and began training with Jared and the team at Carlson Gracie. He’s now 13 and was very nervous to start at a new gym. Everyone welcomed us into the jiujitsu family with open arms. Our son is very comfortable and enjoys training everyday. The coaches are very professional in helping our son be his best!!

  Great team of coaches. I stated in the kickboxing class and it was intense. I always leave feeling better than when I came in.
  
  The staff is friendly and inviting, everyone treats you like family.
  
  My daughter goes to jujitsu in the kids class and she loves it! The coaches treat her well and handle the kids with kindness when emotions are high or tested during rolling. When my daughter was signed up she was given a Gi.
  
  I started jujitsu and I love it so much! I’ve learned a lot during their fundamental 4 unit program that teaches all the basics to prepare you for rolling, self defense or prepping you for competition.
  
  I teach yoga on Saturday morning’s, and I feel Jujitsu is the perfect counterpart to my yoga practice.
