Troy remodeled our kitchen last year. We interviewed several people and he was the clear winner. We were not disappointed. Troy and Karen were very helpful at the design stage and had several excellent ideas. They communicated effectively throughout the process. Troy has great experience and an excellent eye for construction details. He is scrupulously honest and attentive to finances. His team did a great job- worked hard and, most important, were in and out in two weeks. Troy was very engaged and responsible, and came back promptly to deal with a couple of minor issues. We are hoping to have him come back to do our bathroom.
We selected Troy with Pro Built after multiple estimates based on reviews. We felt that Troy truly understood what we wanted and provided a reasonable price. We started with a remodel of the master bathroom and loved the results. We expanded the shower (adding a bench) and reshaped the closet. It blends perfectly with the rest of the bath. After good results, we had Pro Built modify a wall and add backsplash in our kitchen. Again, great results. Troy kept us informed if there were any delays and were timely in the work contracted.
