  Wanted to have humidifier installed and NyTech did and awesome job. Colt, Benji, and Mark all were involved in the work and did super on the installation and wiring. Also put in new return in basement to improve system performance which will save me money in the long run. Thanks guys. Great job.

  We had a great experience! Ricky was at our house within an or so of calling. He had the problem isolated within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. Finally an honest company!

  My furnace was not putting out any heat during a very bad snow storm and I called expecting a delay of several days because of the weather. The company scheduled me for that afternoon and the Tech was able to come even earlier. Colt was able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes of his arrival, clearly explained the problem and showed me the furnace incorrect behavior. We agreed on the repair price. He was able to obtain the parts within about an hour and returned to efficiently complete the repair. He also diagnosed and fixed other things going on in the house and did a good safety check of the furnace while explaining what his diagnostic tools were showing. We also agreed on a later furnace and humidifier replacement and he had the company contact me that afternoon to clearly explain all my options. No pressure, clear explanations and timely setup for all work. I'm very impressed by everyone in the company. Colt was especially talented, polite and efficient! A delight to work with in all ways!

  Nytech was a wonderful company to work with. They were out to my house on the same day my furnace went out and quickly found the problem. Unfortunately it resulted in a replacement (which I expected because it was old as dirt) but they gave me the best price right up front (even after comparing) and had it replaced asap. Thank you for all your hard work and honest price quoting.

  Very professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. Benji took time to show/explain some issues with the basement furnace, his recommendations for what we might want to address now, and what could wait a while longer. He also took pictures of our attic furnace so I didn’t have to climb up there. We have used Nytech for over a year and are quite pleased with their service. Very polite and easy to schedule with them, too.
