  Helms Chiropractic is the only place I trust my family to go!! Dr. Helms has helped my 16 year old son with his various sports injuries and my husband with his severe back problems. We LOVE this place so much we commute over 45 minutes from Golden just to be treated by Dr. Helms. We HIGHLY recommend Helms Chiropractic, they are the best in Colorado by far!!

  I have taken my son to Dr Helms on multiple occasions, mostly from football injuries. Dr Helms is very knowledgeable and efficient. He is quick to assess the problem, and then follows up with treatment that completely and effectively addresses the areas of concern. I highly recommend Dr Helms to anyone in need of chiropractic care. He is one of the very best we've been to and will continue to seek his expertise with all of our family's chiropractic/health needs. Thank you, Dr Helms!

  I had been suffering from Headaches and Migraines most of my life! Helms Chiropractic and Wellness has given me my life back. I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything Dr Helms has done for me and my family. My children come and see him for various reasons, sports injuries, ear infections, knee problems, and even common colds. If we get regular adjustments we stay and feel healthier. I don't know what we would do without him!!!

  Wow! Where do I start? I have experiencing Tingling and numbness in my hands and feet for over 30 years, and recently started having terrible left shoulder pain. I had one visit with Dr. Helms and decided to take a x-ray of my neck, which turned out to be a NIGHTMARE, now has me getting MRI to determine the extent of my damages in my neck. Just amazes me that I can go over 30 years and be told I just have poor circulation to my hands and feet, and one visit with Dr. Helms he can determine the heart of my problems. I will be seeing Dr. Helms for all my aches and pains.......if we could only get Medical Insurance to recognize Chiropractic Wellness!! Thank you Dr. Helms and your AMAZING staff!!
