StorQuest Express Self Service Storage

Yolanda is a fabulous employee, very efficient and courteous. Due to difficult life events, I recently had to vacate my unit, her kindness in helping me close out my unit, was comforting beyond words.

We have had our stuff at the StorQuest Express for about 6 months and never thought I would be writing a review, but I have to. Yolanda, on-site manager, is the absolute BEST. She is always kind and courteous and comes out frequently to make sure we are ok. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we could get our unit emptied out. Thank you!

I am the owner of Powercore Electric here in Castle Rock and was afforded the opportunity of doing some work on their property. I do not write many reviews and one must really stand out for me to do so. As a hired contractor I am normally working with the onsite manager and employees at the corporate level. In my many years as an electrician and now a business owner, Storquest made our working experience easy and productive. Their communication protocol exceeds any others I have worked with in the past with exceptional organization, response times and knowledge. Yolanda is the onsite manager and is just an all around wonderful person. In other words, if you are looking for a storage facility that provides a hassle free experience, these are the guys to use.

Terrific Customer Care! This is one Storage Facility that is definitely worth its 5 stars. Yolanda is AMAZING!!!
