We LOVE Union. We have been here several times and every time the food is DELICIOUS and the service is great! They have never let us down!! We come up from the Springs to eat here! Love it!!

Union Bistro is a wonderful restaurant for a variety of food choices! The food is constantly exceptional, from small plates to entrees. The staff is also exceptional, friendly and above all others! We have never been disappointed and would recommend this place as Castle Rocks best place to dine!

Romantic. Just enough sexy and just enough casual. Incredible food, drinks and staff♥️Love the Martini Saturday’s and the Friday/Saturday special never disappoints.

It was our first time going and it won’t be the last time. The calamari is fantastic if you’re into calamari. It’s tender and not chewy at all, the sauce is fantastic with it. We had the fresh squeezed black berry lemonade and it was surprising because it was sparkling which is even better. My husband had the coconut fried chicken sandwich with fresh mango salsa and said it was one of the best sandwiches he’s ever had. I had the salmon flatbread with lemon herb cream cheese spread, with tomatoes and capers . It was amazing!! And our waitress Marita was fantastic she was attentive but gave us our space she was amazing and you should ask for her. My husband and I give this place a 10/10 if you’re looking for a good lunch spot if you’re in castle rock
