  I highly recommend 5280 fit Windsor! Love that the class sizes are small and the coaches are awesome and motivating! Always a great workout and great time!

  Amazing instructors and atmosphere to guide all fitness levels. It's unlike any gym I've ever been to before! Boxing, kickboxing, cardio, strength, toning, the whole package.

  Amazing instructors and with so many different classes it never gets boring. Classes are so much fun. Love this gym and would recommend it to anyone!

  I joined 5280 Fit for a 30 day challenge on 4/1. I have not worked out regularly in years. I am so happy to be doing this! I love the school. The instructors are fun and work us really hard, but they are knowledgeable and compassionate towards beginners, offering modifications so everyone at any level can participate. I am very happy with the improvements I can FEEL and SEE in just a short time. Once the thirty day special is over I will be joining and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a jump start to their fitness!

  5280fit provides a fun, energetic and great workout for all fitness levels!!! The instructors are engaging, helpful and challenging!! I know that I've done something great for myself every time I leave a kickology, boxology or strength class. I joined my first "moms challenge" in 2008 and continue to keep fitness as a lifestyle, not a temporary fix. I absolutely LOVE making fitness a priority, despite life getting really busy. 5280FIT is awesome!!!!
