  I lived in Palomino Park (Green River specifically) for 5 years, and it was a wonderful home. During my entire residency, we had the same management team and maintenance staff—which is unheard of in the world of apartments! The maintenance team in Green River is outstanding. Maintenance requests were responded to promptly—sometimes the same day—and they were always friendly and helpful. The amenities were amazing, and my absolute favorite part was the park in the center. I walked around that park many, many times over the years, often after dark, and always felt safe. I would highly recommend Palomino Park to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe and comfortable place to call home.

  I noticed the review regarding the cat declaw policy and I can confirm that the leasing offices and the website make it unclear about the official policy. It's not a rumor. Dillan in the main office told me last week that my cats had to be declawed or have acrylic caps on their nails with proof provided. I then talked to Maya who told me that there is no policy regarding either of those two restrictions. The websites and the staff need to be updated to ensure no cats are declawed for the sake of these apartments. I would have walked away from the apartments if Maya had not cleared up the confusion.
  
  I will gladly adjust my rating when the policy is updated on the website clearly to protect the future furry residents!?
  
  Also my experience with the Red Canyon office Lisa and Sarah has been great 5/5. They're very kind and answered all my questions and picked up the phone every time I called (which is a lot). I'm thankful to be living in red canyon. I'll update in regards to the unit and amenities soon! :)

  the whole gated area is beautiful. I love it here already. My unit had some dirty trim, but Lisa called me to tell me painters would be coming to freshen it up. Overall I'm very pleased with Lisa and the red canyon office. Maintence has already come to fix some of the things i noted on my move in inspection. I'm super happy here! And the cats love all the windows in the unit. :)
  
  Also, I did get a call back saying declawing isn't required, but soft paws are by word of Dillan. There's still nothing online/in the rental agreement listing this restriction. If this is true, the website needs to list this! Not tell people over the phone that this is policy with nothing to prove it other then word of mouth.

  Me and my girlfriend lived in Green River, and we loved having all the amenities that Palomino Park had to offer. I personally loved the Racquetball gyms in the main clubhouse. Also, every time we had questions concerning our lease, or just the complex in general, Portia and Christine were both extremely helpful and took the time to make sure we had all of our question answered! Highly recommend Green River!
