Dr. Jacobs and his team are highly professional and extremely thorough in their eye health exams. They have state-of-the-art equipment to find eye problems in the early stages so effective treatment can begin. I highly recommend Highlands Ranch HD Eye Care!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Jacobs for over 17 years. This office has always provided professional and expert ophthalmological care to both of us. The staff are all customer focused and responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone as Dr. Jacobs, Jules, Donna, Kathy, Marna, Kendra and the rest of the staff are the best of the best. They are patient centered and I love that they are proactive in their care versus reactive. I always look forward to my yearly eye exam as they are family!

His follow-up visits for lens replacements, and any other small issues that have arisen through the years, have always been resolved in an efficient and effective manner. I called ahead and made an appointment for an eye exam and was given one the very same day. I was greeted right away and they explained how much everything would be and how everything worked. The staff was very friendly and ran a very clean shop. Even though everything looked like it came straight out of the box new they still wiped everything down to ensure it was clean. Everyone took the time to make sure I was comfortable and to make sure I got what I was looking for. I would recommend supporting local business and coming here over any of the luxottica owned chain stores!
