(February 12, 2022, 12:39 am)Great place to shop! Bought my BESV PSA1 onsale at an amazing price. They shipped to me in So Cal. They packed great the bike arrived in perfect shape, not a scratch. Price was more than fair. From calls to emails they were very responsive, and quick to reply, very transparent and easy to do business. This is kind of small business everyone needs to support!!

(November 14, 2021, 9:26 am)Awesome customer service! Very Knowledgeable. This is more of a "boutique" customer service experience--Not just a bunch of "dudes" trying to sell me a bike. I bought my bike at Electric Wheels and husband bought his at a different bike shop. Time was spent with me go over all the details of the bike. Then when I purchased the bike I came back in to go over all the details about the bike. When husband bought his ---walked in --bought the bike and came home with the bike. They didn't even give him manuals for the bike??

Todd and Lori took great case of us and spent the time to make sure we got everything we ordered. Great customer service and support. Family bike shop that really cares about the customer and goes the extra mile. Extremely knowledgeable and responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about getting an electric bike.
