I am a 79-year old male. For 30 years my wife and I lived in Vail, CO.
When it became necessary to have my wife’s cancer treated with chemo we knew we had to move to the Denver area since the treatment required was not available in Vail. In 2019 we moved to Castle Rock. We were referred to a dental practice in Greenwood Village by our Vail dentist. That practice was fine but I fell in love with my dental hygienist. She was as good or better than our hygienist in Vail. In early 2022 I was informed by our hygienist that she (Ms. Kelly O’Brien Huff) was moving to another dental practice.
I had an allegiance to Kelly but not to the dental practice she was leaving.
So I followed Kelly to the Cottonwood Dental Group and
Dr. Sarah Parsons. I could not be happier. I have Kelly and Dr. Sarah who is right there with my 30-year Vail dentist. My only interaction with Dr. Sarah (whose Mom & Dad are both dentists, now retired) has been an oral exam and X-rays. Dr. Sarah knows my only goal with oral health is “to keep what I have”. No unnecessary procedures except for what is truly needed.
I see Kelly 3x yearly and Dr. Sarah at least 1x yearly or when Kelly thinks it is necessary.
The Front Office is in full command of a very smart lady named Ursula. I promise nothing gets by Ms. Ursula. Dr. Sarah is fortunate to have such a great team.
You cannot go wrong by choosing Cottonwood Dental Group for your family’s dental care. Period!!!

Staff and total dental care is great from check in through follow up. Love the customer communication for appt reminders and cleaning times via text….an easy reminder system.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! I made an appointment here after putting off the dentist for way longer than I'd like to admit, and based on my experience I will never dread the dentist again. Jessie, Ann, and Dr. Sarah are all incredibly empathetic and the best at what they do- they make sure you're informed of everything without being patronizing, and communication/scheduling/billing is the easiest and most efficient process ever. Even knowing they have a ton of patients (I would have had to wait a month to get in for an appointment, but like I said, ridiculously effective communication- they were able to get me into two day of cancellations within two weeks!), these women make you feel like you are the highest priority. I can't speak highly enough of this office!

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Parsons and the whole team at Cottonwood Dental! LOVE! I didn't even know I could LOVE the dentist's office, but I stand firmly corrected. They are so nice, so fun, excellent pricing structure and membership if you don't have dental insurance. I think the whole time I was there I was laughing or smiling while getting my teeth cleaned?! Gorgeous practice, but like any really great business, it's the people that will leave a mark on your heart. I recommend this practice to anyone from a huge family, to just one person like me.

I've been going here for 10 years or so. What a great dental practice! Sadly, I require a lot of dental visits. They are very organized and ALWAYS on schedule. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes. their scheduling and auto reminders systems are very efficient. They also seem to have all of the latest training and dental equipment, especially equipment that makes procedures more comfortable and fast. And they are all really nice people. I can't even think of any constructive criticism to offer.
