Awesome customer service in Highlands Ranch! Cari is so knowledgeable and friendly. She and her manager Austin helped me resolve my issue on the spot. I would definitely come back to this store!

I have truly enjoyed my AT&T account. My iPhone is wonderful. Cari has helped me a lot with questions on my phone. I felt secure shopping during Covid. Cari makes sure the customer stay 6 feet apart and have masks on at all times.

Worked with Cari today - she was fabulous! She was cordial, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Despite a crazy busy morning in the store, she made me feel as if I was the only one there. All issues were solved, and with a smile. The experience made me a committed AT&T customer and I'll be coming back again to this store specifically to work with Cari.

I went into the AT&T locations in Highland Ranch and was impressed by their excellent service! I was immediately greeted at the door and was happy that they were wearing masks/PPE to keep me safe as well as themselves.

I have been with Verizon for many years and went in to see what promotions were going on. I am considering changing over to AT&T because I had such a professional and warm interaction, and the service was impeccable! I went to the store to do 2 upgrades because I heard AT&T has a great promotion for existing and new customers. They were able to find me a new plan where I could add a line, get a better discount for having 5 lines and I saved money! I’m going to use this additional line on my iPhone 12 as the secondary number for work. I recommend everyone go in and re-evaluate your plan.
