The MountainStorm Insurance Agency has been the only compass and guide for my family in navigating insurance after being hit in a car wreck. In direct communication with insurance companies, I was bounced back and forth between adjustors, and stalled in any forward movement within our claim. Then our MountainStorm agents, Jeff and Maria, stepped in and everything started to happen immediately as the claim moved forward. Jeff's comprehension of policy and avenues of action within the insurance companies are second to none. Jeff, Maria, and the rest of the MountainStorm team have been extremely available and they have provided only clear and consistent communication to my family as we proceed with both medical and property aspects. I was at a point of feeling defeated and not knowing what to do, then Jeff took action over the claim and the communication with the insurance adjustors. At this point, both medical and property components of the car wreck have been addressed at a rapid pace. Jeff and his team have my family in their best interest and have worked very hard to protect us. The team at Mountain Storm Insurance is amazing. These guys handle all of my insurance needs. I have 5 cars and my house insured with them. Maria is a Rockstar when it comes to service. Working with her has made getting insurance super easy. I've had issues with insurance carriers in the past, and have used the 1-800 numbers before... I prefer the personal experience that Jeff and his team bring. As it relates to Maria, she makes sure to text me as their emails go to my spam folder (an issue with my email, not theirs). This helps ensure that I get the email almost immediately, instead of wondering if it comes in. When it comes to service, look to Jeff and their team!
