(July 3, 2020, 3:21 pm)Just like another review, I also grew up where Eileen’s Cookies was founded. Cookies are just like the ones I grew up with in NE, the only difference is the customer service. I picked up an order on 7/3/2020 at the Highlands Ranch location in Colorado and before I could even get out the name that was on the ticket the lady that helped me jumped all over me and stated “We’re really busy and have lots of orders and demanded that I tell her what my order was.” I would normally give a 5 star review, but for the customer service I received today I find it extremely hard to give you a 5 star review. Work on your customer service skills and you can still earn the coveted 5 star rating from this customer. Today customer service was an F, taste of cookies A.
