Ideal Carstar was one of the recommendations by our insurance company. Ideal and our insurance company worked seamlessly together for the work authorization and payment. Ideal kept us posted on their repair progress. The finished work looked amazing! They not only cleaned up the repaired area but the entire vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!

(May 23, 2018, 1:26 pm)I worked as a service advisor/manager at car dealerships for over 20 years. During that time I worked with several body shops and I can honestly tell you that this was the best experience EVER.
I didn't have to call to check on the status of my car at all. Alton would send me text messages or call me to keep me up to date thru the whole process. When I came to pick up, everything was just as they said it would be. I came to pick up on Saturday and the young lady at the desk was AWESOME. The gentleman that pulled my car around helped transfer stuff from my rental to my car and was just....AWESOME!!!!!

(April 2, 2018, 1:15 am)They were very informative ever step of the way when they were fixing my car after an accident. The adjuster on site was super friendly and went over everything in detail with me, great guy! Kudos to all the people who actually fixed the car because they made it look brand new. The price was expensive but my insurance paid for it and honestly you can see the quality and effort they put in. They even replaced rubber caps in the wheel well that they could have ignored.
