  Over the course of our lives we often become conditioned to not meeting our potential. This of course is not unique to any of us. What is unique is working hard to move beyond it. With Steve's guidance as a coach, I was able to make amazing progress in realizing more of my potential. I wouldn't be here without his understanding, guidance and tenacity!

  When I chose to work with Steve, I was looking for someone to help me stay organized during the building phase of my new business. I had so many ideas of what I wanted to do, but all of my ideas were so scattered. I needed some organization and a lot of accountability. Through my discussions with Steve, he helped me break down my larger goals into smaller action steps that kept me moving and building. He also asked me really insightful questions to help me clarify what I really wanted and what I needed to do to accomplish that. I was able to accomplish so much more in 3 months working with Steve than I had in the 6 months prior.
  
  He is also helping me recognize what some of my old patterns and beliefs are in life and in the workplace, and it’s allowing me to find better ways of handling different situations. Steve is thoughtful, insightful, and very encouraging, and I’d recommend anyone to work with him.

  I have known Steve for years & have watched him seamlessly transition into the role that he was meant for, a Certified Professional Coach. Without bias, and having had Coaching Sessions with Steve, I wanted to comment on my experience.
  
  I am impressed by his genuine passion in providing guidance to those who have uncertainties or road blocks in their forward path. While I am typically ​able to analyze from varying perspectives, Steve was able to provide a unique set of considerations -- born out of his own varied life's experiences -- to help me think through; process; and reflect on the past, but focus on realistic goals moving forward.
