they provide tailoring and repair service im super greatful they were able to sew and repair my old p-coat which im particilary fond of. pants are a little expensive to dry clean but shirts are comparable to eveywhere else. additionally they seem to have comforter cleaning discounts regularly
New owners seem to be on top of it. Do a good job with the dry cleaning. Only complaint was when they sewed back on a button for my suit- they used purple thread for a black suit. At least they did it for no charge...
I've read the negative reviews and I've also read that those reviews were most likely left from experiences with the previous owners. I had 5 dress shirts cleaned and starched last week and I have to say I was impressed with the turn around time as well as the service. Just over 12 bucks for 5 shirts to be cleaned is not a bad deal compared to other places I've been. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a close and convenient place to have stuff laundered.
The new owners go out of their way to give you the best service. I took a shirt in that they had to clean several times to get a spot out of it. Because it wasn't ready on time, they would not take any money for their service. They also cleaned the dirty drapes from our motor home and cleaned them 4 or 5 times to make them perfect without charging us any extra. The old owner was a disaster and promised to pay for a silk comforter that he ruined but I never got my money before he skipped town.
