This is a great facility! I just moved my boat out, but I was always happy with this facility. The fees were very reasonable for all if the years I rented a space there. Stor-Rite was always straightforward and ethical about their pricing, and I respect and appreciate that.
The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to have an air compressor on the property, because tires that that sit for seasons at a time usually need to be topped-up before they are ready (and safe) to be used. (Though, there is a gas station ~1/4 mile down the road that has a compressor with enough surrounding space to use with a trailer/RV/boat/etc..)
I'd also like to thank the people who were very helpful when an issue arose! Tom was all-around great in getting me set up, and his partner (sorry, I forgot her name), was wonderful and patient when an issue arose with my auto-payment account and I had to get it sorted. Lastly, I want to single out Lorie for quickly and kindly helping me terminate my lease when I was confused and working in circles trying to figure it out. Thank you all!!
Great experience so far! The website is easy to use and Lynette answers when we call. Access is great, right off of E470, and secured fencing.
