We've bought a number of items from here and have been very pleased with the quality and price.
There were a number of mixups on a bed frame we bought that was on back order for a long time. Long story short, we fell through the cracks on their computer system big time. We were pretty frustrated, but wanted to give Oak Express an opportunity to set things straight. And set things straight they did! Troy, the store manager took the time to hear us out and hooked us up with a major discount on a sofa table that we really wanted. I've inferred their computer system makes it really hard to move orders between stores. But Troy set us up to pickup at the Denver store which is much closer to us and without fuss or complaint.
