  Been here for a few months now. Complex is extremely nice and new. Modern appliances and great amenities. It's a really good location, with included light rail pass that allow for easy travel downtown. The staff is absolutely phenomenal as well, seriously some of the best people I've dealt with.
  
  1 year update:
  Still love the place; transferred lease to a large apartment. The transfer process wasn't seamless, and prompted quite a few phone calls to ensure it was completed correctly. Rent seems fair compared to what's around...and everything you get.
  
  3 years and still here.

  There are so many great things to say about Camden that it's hard to think of them all!
  
  I've lived here for more than two year and it has been the best experience I've had with an apartment complex ever. The move in was very smooth and easy; Bridget was so informative and made sure all my questions were answered. She made sure everything was taken care of and made me feel right at home. Karen and Bridget are both very responsive and take care of any issues I might have immediately! They are incredible at their jobs and really make this place feel like one big family.
  
  About a year ago my brother got into a really bad car accident. I ran into Karen in the hallway and mentioned that I was on my way to the hospital to see him and when I got back to my apartment later that night there was a care package at my front door from the office and maintenance staff. It had all sorts of "feel better" things in there and the most thoughtful card. This team really goes above and beyond!
  
  Maintenance is on another level. Greg and his team are absolutely phenomenal! The only issues I've had in my apartment were very minor, yet they were all taken care of within a day or two (sometimes within the hour!). You will always see them around the community making sure everything is in tip top shape and they always take a minute or two out of their days to say hi and chat with you!
  
  The amenities here are beautiful and well kept. The fitness center was a big bonus for us, it has everything you'll ever need and is open 24/7! The pool is beautiful and even the courtyards are great areas to hang out in! Rent even comes with an unlimited RTD pass, so you can use that to go just about anywhere. And that is all just in addition to the amazing apartment itself.
  
  The value in these apartments is incredible, but it's the staff that makes it feel like home. I would highly recommend Camden Lincoln Station to anyone who is looking to move. There is no better place to live!

  My wife and I were blessed to have Amy, Karen, and Bridget as our leasing officers. They took care of all our needs during our stay. I completely recommend this community for those wanting to have a excellent living experience.

  The staff is always in a good mood and seem happy to hear from you, often on a first name basis. This goes a long way in creating a positive and inviting environment for the whole community. They participate in discussions and answer questions on the social component of the resident website. Additionally, they became aware of an illness I had and delivered a card with well wishes. The current maintenance staff does a good job maintaining the clean and professional appearance of the community. I see them tackle smaller projects like routine cleaning of the outdoor grills and touching up paint in the parking garage. The original builders did a good job with construction and finishes. Judging by typical apartment community standards, the extra touches to trim, doors, and flooring are impressive. Additionally, the subfloors are concrete. ?
  
  - Unless acting on a submitted maintenance request, it is difficult to get in touch with the maintenance manager. I've sent a few messages over the previos 10 months and none of them have received a response.

  Best apartment company hands down. We have been living in Camden properties for about 2 years now. Husband and I first moved into a Camden property in Austin and loved it. We decided to take advantage of the "transfer lease" option and move to Denver. We chose Lincoln Station without ever visiting the property, and we are glad we did. The property is always clean, the amenities are great (free RTD pass), and it feels very secure. We've mainly worked with Karen at the front office and she's amazing! Was surprised she knew us by name. Amy, Bridget, and the maintenance team are also very kind and helpful! They host events for the residents like free breakfast, holiday parties, food trucks, etc. We haven't had to put in any work requests during our time here (which is a great sign), but the maintenance team does come in a couple of times a year to change filters etc. They always let you know in advance, and leave a note to let you know they completed the order.
  
  All in all, excellent place to live. We will continue to lease with Camden properties and would highly recommend others to do so.
