He is honest, friendly, and has a good eye for design and what will work in your house (whether contemporary or an old Victorian). He goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your choice, lets you know when the installer is going to be calling to schedule your install, then follows up to make sure that everything was done correctly. His store carries a wide range of Hunter Douglas products, which are very high quality, and his prices are reasonable. I would recommend The Blind and Shutter Store hands down to anyone, and in fact I already recommended them to my new neighbors.

The measuring and installation was done professionally by Jeffrey and timely, too. We will be adding additional treatments and would not go anywhere else. (July 29, 2017, 4:41 pm)We went to The Blind and Shutter Store when we realized it was finally time to replace all of our family room and kitchen blinds. Pat came to our home and measured each window opening with precision detail. He then helped us choose the perfect Hunter Douglas blinds for our situation. We ordered 8 blinds and they were delivered and installed within a couple of weeks. (The person who installed came in and completed the job extremely efficiently.) We have recently had other work done with our home, and it seems like there are always glitches. We experienced NONE of that. Pat has surrounded himself with others who take as much pride in their work as he does. From the moment we walked into the store until the moment that the installer left our house, we felt that we were getting the best possible product and service. I highly recommend The Blind and Shutter Store.
