(June 12, 2017, 3:52 pm)We recently purchased a home and worked with Pioneer Flooring to have all the carpet replaced. We had a very tight timeline to select the carpet and have it installed. Thomas met us at the new house within days of me calling them and within our narrow time restraints. His truck was full of carpet samples, and he helped us to select over a half dozen that we thought may work. Thomas then took these samples inside so that we could move them around the house to see what they would look like up against the different walls, hardwoods, and tiles in the house. Thomas was up front about the costs of the different carpeting and the price differences between the choices. I wanted to do some research and some comparison shopping and I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. Over the next two days (Saturday and Sunday) we exchanged multiple emails with Thomas. Price comparisons revealed that Pioneer Flooring was offering a great price on the Stainmaster nylon carpet that we preferred, the best price out of two other competitors. Even better than the price savings, Thomas worked to make sure the carpet order was placed ASAP so that delivery would be before we needed to move in. He also worked with us to arrange carpet installation on a Sunday as that was the only day that would work between the day we took possession and the day the movers had available. The carpet installers normally did not work on Sunday’s, but Thomas made it happen. The installation team did a wonderful job and took the time to make sure everything was done to my liking. We enjoyed working with Pioneer Flooring and recommend them without hesitation.
