Jeff Kroll is a nice person. Before we secured the tenant, He helped me out by taking my old bed frame to the dumpster at his office (which was way heavier than expected!) He was supposed to charge me for that service, but he did it for free. He is professional and quick in finding tenants.

Jeff is one of the best property manager I have worked with. He has been managing my property from last few years and has been taking a good care of it. He is very prompt in addressing concerns and goes extra miles to ensure any issues with the property are promptly addressed. I had a custom made microwave in my rented property which stopped working, Jeff not only assisted to replace the appliance but also assisted to fill the gaps with the filler to give the same look and feel. Jeff has always ensured that my property is always on rent and start looking much in advance when a renter is leaving to look for the next.
