I used to be very nervous about seeing a chiropractor. For years, I experienced numbness and tingling in my fingertips and finally made the decision to try it out. I went to Russ and after just a few sessions, I noticed a HUGE difference and now I currently do not experience those sensations. I continued to go to Russ during both of my pregnancies for back pain. His chiropractic bed has a setting to accommodate pregnant women throughout their entire pregnancy. It helped me tremendously. My daughter is very colicky and likes to be held a ton. My shoulder started locking up from holding her in the same position so often and I started to lose mobility. Russ was able to adjust my shoulder quick and painlessly. Also, from the position I feed my baby in, I had lots of pain in my kneecaps which he took care of. And most recently, I severely pinched a nerve in my back at work and I can not WAIT for Russ to get back from his holiday break to fix it. I can not believe I went so many years without his treatment. My body feels so amazing after an adjustment and I can not recommend Russ enough. I had no idea how beneficial chiropractic care would to my every day life and I’m so glad I gave it a shot.

4 years ago I had horrible shoulder pain, went to 3 ortho specialists as well as a general doctor. I did get temporary relief when I saw Dr Swain. One visit he said Laura I don't think it is your shoulder I think it is in your neck. I would get an MRI. My general wanted me to do weeks of physical therapy instead of MRI and the pain was getting worse. I said enough and got a neck MRI. I paid 500.00 cash price and it showed 4 discs in my neck were toast. He recommended a doctor in Denver for surgery and the MOMENT I WOKE UP THE PAIN WAS GONE! That doctor was Dr Puschak. Since then I have not seen much of Dr Swain as I am pain free!! I workout, do Pilates and ride horses. I only trust him and his advice as it is ALWAYS spot on. I had to see him recently and once again he came through with flying colors. I wish I had written this earlier but I can now say he saved my life!

Dr. Swain is always available for trusting and thorough care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I also take my teenagers there for sports and growing pains. I love the office drop in hours.
