Very helpful staff, lots of great products. A little expensive, but high quality.

I wanted to give a lower score because of the horrible customer service that I experienced with the pendleton website/1.866# but my experience in this store was ok. The lady was knowledgeable and helpful. I love their products. The coats/jackets are built to last decades and the style is timeless.

Phenomenal shop! So thankful to have a brick and mortar Pendleton shop in CO. Must visit if you've been researching online--the blankets and clothing are even more impressive in-store. Not an all-inclusive selection, but the options are plenty. Check out the mill behind the counter--awesome historical addition to the place.

Very impressed with Lisa's knowledge base and customer service. She was nowhere near pushy, but her salesmanship was excellent. I feel super comfortable and happy with my buy and it was partly due to Lisa's ability to match my desires with the products. Cant wait to visit again!

Beautiful store. I purchased a nice Pendleton Yakima blanket. The associate was very helpful in assisting me choose the best blanket for me and providing information on the different types of blankets. This is very important at this price point. Leyla loves our new blanket. Thanks!
