Dr Gladwell was great for a kids ear infection after swiming in the ocean and then going to the home clorine pool and still having a lingering issue,
Kaiser Permanente is an excellent HMO.
Dr Joe Gladwell is an excellent physician. I am so thankful he is my Primary Care Doc. He is very kind and caring, very knowledgeable and willing to listen. I had several issues during my last visit and he was most interested and concerned. I left feeling that my issues were a concern for him and he would work to help me in any way he could. I appreciate him!
First time in a while that I’ve seen a doctor that I felt actually was listening to what I was saying. Typically i always feel like doctors are just trying to hurry and move on to the next. Doc was actually receptive and interested with my concerns. I was super happy with my experience.
Dr Gladwell thoroughly reviewed my medications and medical history and did not hurry at all. Plus he followed up with messages afterward. Excellent first experience.
Met Dr. Gladwell via video visit today and the experience was outstanding. Dr. Gladwell took the necessary time to review my history and concerns. I’m genuinely looking forward to my office visit when appropriate. Dr. Gladwell is a caring physician; thorough and understanding. Makes me appreciate coming back to Kaiser Permanente. Oh, and my visit was scheduled for 5:30 pm and Dr. Gladwell was there at 5:30 pm on the dot.
