I called the phone number after hearing Jay White’s clever radio ads. He, himself answered the phone & he gave me time to listen to what I was interested in doing for a property investment, & much to my pleasure, he wasn't one of the people who’ll tell you that it's not possible to get a home for whatever low-end budget that others (real estate agents, etc) have seemed to not even be interested in helping me figure out. Jay sent me some good information, which I still need to figure out, as it's my first time buying a home, & finding a good home is stressful, but in this market, if you find something you're interested in, you don't mull it over. You jump on that property like a cheetah because it'll be gone by lunchtime. I look forward to working with Jay & 90 Day Realty to find an investment property which I can live in, flip, rent out, or even opt for a duplex or other way to rent out a separate part of the home because it is an investment, after all.… There's a lot of ways to get distressed investment properties, there's just not a lot of them so it seems like you've gotta really act on it right then if you're truly interested. He will offer you advice on how to find investment property opportunities, & he’s honest about what he does, & his help is genuine.
